纤维素酶失活影响因素分析及其在浓缩洗衣液中的应用

研究了不同类型表面活性剂对纤维素酶失活的影响,以优选的表面活性剂设计了浓缩洗衣液配方,并考察了浓缩洗衣液pH值对纤维素酶失活的影响。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂对纤维素酶失活有较大影响,影响大小顺序为LAS>K12>MES>AES>SNS-80;非离子表面活性剂对纤维素酶的失活影响最小,4种非离子表面活性剂对纤维素酶失活影响顺序为APG0814>AEO-9≈AEO-7>SOE;两性离子表面活性剂对纤维素酶失活的影响大于非离子表面活性剂,但小于大部分的阴离子表面活性剂;阳离子表面活性剂会导致纤维素酶快速失活并沉淀。以SNS-80、SEO和AEO-9为主要活性成分的浓缩洗衣液在中性条件下对纤维素酶活力保持较高,4周后酶活力大于55。3%,随着pH值升高到11以上,酶失活速度增加。
Analysis of Factors Affecting the Inactivation of Cellulase and Its Application in Concentrated Laundry Detergent
The effects of different types of surfactants on cellulase inactivation were studied,a concentrated laundry detergent formula was designed with the optimal surfactant,and investigated the effect of concentrated laundry detergent pH on cellulase inactivation.The results indicated that anionic surfactants had a significant impact on the inactivation of cellulase,with the order of influence was LAS>K12>MES>AES>SNS-80.The effect of non-ionic surfactants on the inactivation of cellulase was the smallest,and the order of the effects of the four non-ionic surfactants on cellulase inactivation was as follows:APG0814>AEO-9≈AEO-7>SOE.The influence of zwitterionic surfactants was greater than that of non-ionic surfactants,but less than that of most anionic surfactants.Cationic surfactants could cause rapid deactivation and precipitation of cellulase.The concentrated laundry detergent with SNS-80,SEO,and AEO-9 as the main active ingredients maintained high cellulase activity under neutral conditions.After 4 weeks,the enzyme activity exceeded 55%.As the pH increased to above 11,the rate of enzyme inactivation increased.
