摘要

浒苔多糖是从绿藻浒苔中以水提醇沉法得到的硫酸酯多糖.采用乳化技术制备浒苔多糖面霜,通过面霜在不同条件下的重量变化及面霜在280~400 nm的紫外吸收对其保湿、吸湿及抗紫外线作用进行检验.利用DPPH自由基清除实验、羟自由基清除实验、还原活性实验测定浒苔多糖面霜的抗氧化能力.结果发现,浒苔多糖面霜拥有良好的保湿吸湿能力、抗氧化能力以及抗紫外线能力,为浒苔多糖在化妆品领域的应用提供理论基础.

Abstract

Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides are sulfate ester polysaccharides obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation from green algae Enteromorpha prolifera.The emulsion technology was used to prepare Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide face cream.The moisture retention,moisture absorption and anti-ultraviolet effects of face cream were tested by its weight change under different conditions and the ultraviolet absorption of face cream at 280-400 nm.The antioxidant capacity of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide face cream was determined by DPPH free radical scavenging experiment,hydroxyl free radical scavenging experiment and reducing activity experiment.The results showed that Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide face cream had good moisturizing and hygroscopic ability,antioxidant ability and anti-ultraviolet ability.This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides in the field of cosmetics.
