Abstract
With the increasing demand for commercial dishwashers in the catering industry,the market of dedicated cleaning and rinsing products is also increasing.The article briefly introduced the types and working principles of commercial dishwashers,the working process,characteristics,formula composition and evaluation methods of special cleaning and drying combination products,and looked forward to the future development direction of commercial dishwashers and special cleaning and drying combination products.
