皂荚皂苷脱色工艺研究及其在餐具洗涤剂中的应用

采用物理吸附、化学吸附及氧化脱色的方法对皂荚皂苷提取液进行脱色处理,研究了不同脱色条件下的脱色情况.结果表明,氧化脱色相对于物理和化学吸附来说,脱色效果更佳.氧化脱色最佳脱色条件为温度=70℃、pH≈10.5、双氧水用量为提取液质量40%、脱色时间2.5 h、双氧水分3次加入的条件下脱色效果最为理想,脱色率达85%以上.对脱色后的提取液采用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜实验进行评价,结果表明2%左右浓度皂荚提取液对眼部无刺激性.进一步,以皂荚提取液为原料制备了一种洗洁精,并对该洗洁精各项性能进行测定,结果表明其完全符合国家标准,具有良好的发泡性和去污能力.制得的洗洁精透明、稳定,具有较广阔的市场应用前景.
Research on Decolorization Process of Gleditsia Saponin and Its Application in Dishwashing Detergent
The decolorization of the gleditsia saponin extract was carried out by physical adsorption,chemical adsorption and oxidative decolorization,and different decolorization conditions were studied.The results showed that the oxidative decolorization was more effective compared to physical and chemical adsorption.The optimal decolorization conditions for oxidative decolorization were:temperature of 70℃,pH approximately 10.5,hydrogen peroxide dosage at 40%of the extraction liquid's mass,decolorization time of 2.5 hours.The decolorization effect was most favorable when hydrogen peroxide was added in three portions,achieving a decolorization rate of over 85%.Het-Cam test was used to evaluate the decolorized extract,and the results showed that 2%concentration of gleditsia sinensis extract had no irritation to eyes.Furthermore,a dishwashing detergent was prepared from gleditsia sinensis extract as the raw material.The properties of the dishwashing detergent were measured,and the results showed that the dishwashing detergent fully met the national standards and had good foaming and cleaning ability.The prepared dishwashing detergent was transparent and stable,and had a broad market prospect.
