摘要
以肥皂中氯化物含量的测定方法为例,按照GB/T 6379.2-2004,介绍了精密度试验的统计分析方法.采用曼德尔、科克伦、格拉布斯检验对参加精密度试验的8家实验室的试验数据进行了一致性和离群值检查,得出以重复性限及再现性限表示的方法精密度,并分类介绍了不同情况下方法重复性限r、再现性限R的表述方式.
Abstract
Taking the determination method of chloride content in soap as an example to introduce the statistical analysis method of precision test according to GB/T 6379.2-2004.The consistency and outlier value of the test data of the 8 laboratories participating in the precision test were checked by Mandel,Cochrane and Grubbs test.The precision of the method was expressed in terms of repeatability limit and reproducibility limit,and the expression of the repeatability limit r and reproducibility limit R under different conditions were classified and introduced.
