摘要
通过靛蓝胭脂染色法、玉米醇溶蛋白过滤称重法和人体刺激性试验测试表面活性剂残留与刺激性,分析探讨不同种类的表面活性剂的残留与刺激性.结果表明刺激性小的表面活性剂,与角蛋白结合能力越小,表面活性剂的残留越小.
Abstract
The residues and irritation caused by surfactants were tested using the indigo rouge staining,zein test,and human irritation test.The residues and irritation caused by different types of surfactants were analyzed and discussed.The results showed that surfactants with lower irritation had less binding ability to keratin,resulting in smaller surfactant residues.
