摘要

留香珠能够较长时间地使织物保留香味,给消费者带来愉悦的感受,是一类备受消费者青睐的新剂型洗涤剂产品.留香珠在使用过程中,分散程度是影响其功效发挥的重要因素之一.针对留香珠颗粒在水溶液中的分散溶解状况,首先对几种市售留香珠的pH值、水分及挥发物的含量进行测定,而后模拟真实洗涤过程中不同转子、不同搅拌速度、不同温度等物理分散因素下研究了留香珠颗粒在水溶液中的分散溶解情况.结果表明:留香珠分散溶解时间与其水分含量有关,水分含量高的产品溶解速度相对较快;留香珠的分散溶解时间受转子尺寸、转速、水温的影响,选择大尺寸转子、高转速、高温度对提高留香珠的分散溶解时间具有较大作用.

Abstract

Scent booster bead can retain the fragrance of clothing for a long time,bringing a pleasant feeling to consumers,and are a new type of detergent product favored by consumers.However,the degree of dispersion is one of the important factors affecting its efficacy during its use.In order to study the dissolution status of scent booster bead in aqueous solution,the pH value,moisture and volatile matter content were first measured.Then,the dissolution of scent booster bead in aqueous solution was studied under different physical dispersion factors such as rotor,stirring speed,and temperature.The results showed that the dissolution time of scent booster bead is related to the moisture content,and products with high moisture content dissolve relatively fast;The dissolution time of scent booster bead is influenced by rotational speed and rotor size.Choosing a large-sized rotor,high rotational speed,and high temperature has a significant effect on improving the dissolution time of scent booster bead.
