Determination of Linarin in Chrysanthemum Extract by HPLC-DAD
A method for determination of linarin in Chrysanthemum extract by HPLC-DAD was developed.A C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5µm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.02%acetic acid(49:51)and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The wavelength for detection had been set at 334nm and the column temperature was 35℃.The recoverties of linarin were 95%-105%.This method gives accurate and reliable results,which is suitable for the quality control of Chrysanthemum extract.
