摘要
基于痤疮发生的机理,制备一款控油祛痘精华液,并对其进行功效评价.选择30名有效受试者作为研究对象,按要求在痤疮处连续使用4周.利用皮肤无创仪器检测方法,分别测试受试者使用前后经表皮水分散失量、皮肤角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量、皮肤卟啉面积、痘痘体积、粉刺数量等控油祛痘功效参数.研究结果表明,使用该产品4周后,受试者的皮肤角质层含水量显著提高,经表皮水分散失量、皮肤油脂含量、皮肤卟啉面积、痘痘体积、粉刺数量等均明显下降,说明该精华液具有良好的控油祛痘功效.
Abstract
Based on the mechanism of acne,a kind of oil-controlling and acne-removing essence was prepared and its efficacy was evaluated.A total of 30 active subjects were selected for the study and were given acne treatment for 4 weeks.Using skin non-invasive instrument detection method,before and after treatment,the skin moisture loss,cuticle moisture content,oil content,porphyrin area,acne volume and number of acne were measured.The research results showed that after 4 weeks of use of the product,the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the subjects was significantly increased,and the loss of water dispersion through the epidermis,the content of skin oil,the area of skin porphyrin,the volume of acne,and the number of acne were significantly reduced,indicating that the essence liquid had a good effect of oil control and acne elimination.
