摘要
以十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)为添加组分,复配洗涤剂,考察其在洗衣液体系以及特种油污试片中的洗涤性能,并对比常见的表面活性剂组分进行评估.研究表明,在软表面即织物洗涤中,OB-2表现出优异的去油性能,相同含量添加情况下,其去油效果优于常用的阴离子、非离子表面活性剂;在硬表面脱脂洗涤中,OB-2亦表现出优异的脱脂效果,对比常规表面活性剂组分,具有十分明显的优势,为后续的产品开发,提供了借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Using dodecyldimethylamine oxide(OB-2)as an additive component,a detergent was formulated to investigate its washing performance in laundry detergent systems and special oil stains test pieces,and to compare and evaluate common surfactant components.Research has shown that OB-2 exhibits excellent degreasing performance in soft surface or fabric washing,and its degreasing effect is superior to commonly used anionic and nonionic surfactants when added in the same amount;In the degreasing and washing of hard surfaces,OB-2 also exhibits excellent degreasing effect,which has significant advantages compared to conventional surfactant components,providing reference and guidance for subsequent product development.
