Study on Application of Hypochlorous Acid Water for Hygiene Man-agement of Pets
Although hypochlorous acid water is a kind of safe,effective and environmentally friendly disinfectant,we should follow the scientific principles when it is used. This study first introduces the generating methods of hypochlorous acid water and its characteristics such as physicochemical,storage,corrosion,decomposition,disinfection,deodorization and inactivation of allergens. Then,from the three aspects of body,diet and living environment,describes the reasons for the need for hygiene management of pets and the basis and methods of using hypochlorous acid water for hygiene management of pets,demonstrates the effectiveness of "non-spray method" and "spray method" for air disinfection and deodorization,and dopes out that increasing the contact time and amount of hypochlorous acid water will have a better effect on inactivating allergens. Finally,the precautions for using hypochlorous acid water were summarized,mainly involving ensuring disinfection effectiveness,drug resistance management strategies,and risk management for air disinfection. Scientifically using hypochlorous acid water for good hygiene management of pets not only keeps them healthy,but also helps people maintain their health while enjoying their pets.
