以棕榈酸和2-乙基己醇(异辛醇)为原料直接酯化反应制备棕榈酸异辛酯.对比考察5种不同的催化剂,结果发现钛酸酯的催化效果最好.选用钛酸酯为催化剂,以酯化率为考察指标,设计4因素4水平正交实验考察催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、酸醇摩尔比对制备棕榈酸异辛酯酯化率的影响.结果表明:对酯化率影响程度从高到低依次是棕榈酸与异辛醇的摩尔比>反应温度>反应时间>催化剂用量.最佳工艺参数条件是以0.8%质量分数的钛酸酯为催化剂,反应时间6 h,反应温度195℃,棕榈酸与异辛醇摩尔比为1∶1.6,反应酯化率可达99.86%.
Preparation of Isooctyl Palmitate
This paper uses palmitic acid and 2-ethylhexanol (isooctanol) as the raw materials synthesized isooctyl palmitate. By comparing and examining five different catalysts,it was found that titanate had the best catalytic effect. After selecting titanium ester as the catalyst and using esterification rate as the evaluation index,a 4-factor 4-level orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,and acid alcohol molar ratio on the esterification rate of isooctyl palmitate. The results showed that the order of influence on esterification rate was molar ratio of palmitic acid to isooctanol>reaction temperature>reaction time>catalyst dosage. The optimal process parameter conditions are to use 0.8% mass fraction of titanium ester as catalyst,reaction time of 6 hours,reaction temperature of 195 ℃,and a molar ratio of palmitic acid to isooctanol of 1∶1.6. Under these process conditions,the esterification rate of the reaction can reach 99.86%.
