Research on the Production of Petroleum Sulfonates for Oil Displacement by Catalytic Slurry
This paper uses the catalytic cracking slurry of Fushun Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum as the mixed raw material,a continuous membrane sulfonation reaction was carried out with gas-phase sulfur trioxide as the sulfonating agent, and sodium hydroxide solution was used as the neutralization system. Through experimental exploration,it was found that the optimal conditions for producing petroleum sulfonates from catalytic cracking slurry blended fraction oil were determined by considering factors such as the content of active substances in the product and the interfacial tension between oil and water. The reaction temperature was 60℃,and the acid-oil ratio was 1.2∶1. The active substance content and interfacial activity of the petroleum sulfonate products meet the industry requirements, which can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension value of the target block of the target oilfield to the order of 10-3 mN/m,Expanding the source of raw materials and providing effective technical support for industrial production of products.
