气相色谱法测定甘油中的丙烯醛

利用气相色谱建立了甘油样品中微量丙烯醛的测定方法.用乙醇将甘油样品溶解,使用聚乙二醇毛细管柱MEGA-WAX Plus(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm)进行分离,气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测.丙烯醛在0.25~10µg/mL范围内标准曲线相关系数(R)为0.9999,检出限为0.10µg/mL,定量限为0.25µg/mL.平行测定甘油样品和标准样品,得到相对标准偏差为0.56%~2.87%,加标回收率为99.72%~99.93%.该方法具有操作简单,分析时间短,精密度和准确度高等优点,能够用于甘油产品中丙烯醛的测定.
Determination of Acrolein in Glycerol by Gas Chromatography
A method for the determination of acrolein in glycerol samples has been established. The samples were dissolved in ethanol,separated by MEGA-WAX Plus capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×0.5 μm) and detected by FID. The correlation coefficient (r) of the standard curve in the range of 0.25~10 ug/mL is 0.9999,the limits of detection was 0.10 µg/mL and the limit of quantification was 0.25µg/mL. The relative standard deviation was 0.56%~2.87% and the recovery rate was 99.72%~99.93%. The method has the advantages of simple operation,short analysis time,high precision and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of acrolein in glycerol products.
