A Brief Discussion on the Necessity of Establishing a Transitional Period for Scientific and Normative Legal Documents in Compliance Operations of Enterprises
From the perspective of Article 45 of the "Draft for Soliciting Opinions on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Private Economy",a discussion was held on the issue of fully soliciting industry and enterprise opinions on policies and regulations related to enterprise laws,regulations,normative legal documents,etc. and setting necessary transition periods. The necessity of setting a scientific transition period was analyzed,and it was believed that setting a scientific transition period is of great significance for balancing market development needs and solving enterprise compliance issues. It is called on enterprises to actively implement their main responsibilities and participate in the construction of enterprise regulations and standards.
