This article establishes a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for detecting the content of ginsenoside CK in ginsenoside products and their derivatives. The linear regression equation of ginsenoside CK showed a good linear relationship,with a precision of 0.52％ to 1.13％ and a recovery rate of 94.9％ to 104.3％,which meets the detection requirements.
