系统考证"浙八味"药材在经典名方中的应用

目的 系统性地评估"浙八味"及"新浙八味"药材在经典名方中的应用情况,并总结其在现代药理学中的研究进展。方法 通过综合分析历代本草典籍、近现代文献资料以及药理学研究,对"浙八味"药材在经典名方中的应用进行了详细的梳理。结果 在《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》收录的100首方剂中,"浙八味"药材共出现30次,其中白术、白芍、麦冬和乌药的使用频率较高,分别出现在13、14、7和2首方剂中。这些药材因其显著的抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用,在治疗多种疾病中发挥了关键作用。结论 "浙八味"药材作为浙江地区传统中医药文化的代表,不仅具有丰富的历史文化内涵,而且在现代医学研究中也显示出明确的药理作用和临床应用价值。
Systematic Textual Research of the Application of the"Zhebawei"in Classic Famous Prescriptions
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the application of"Zhebawei"and"New Zhebawei"medicinal materials in classical prescriptions and to summarize their research progress in modern pharmacology.METHODS Through comprehensive analysis of historical herbal classics,modern literature,and pharmacological research,a detailed review had been conducted on the application of the"Zhebawei"in classical prescriptions.RESULTS In the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Prescriptions(First Batch)which included 100 prescriptions,"Zhebawei"medicinal materials appeared 30 times.Among them,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(Atractylodes macrocephala),Paeoniae Radix Alba(Paeonia lactiflora),Ophiopogonis Radix(Ophiopogon japonicus),and Linderae Radix(Lindera aggregata)had the highest frequencies of use,appearing in 13,14,7,and 2 prescriptions respectively.These medicinal materials play a key role in treating various diseases due to their significant anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,and immune-regulating effects.CONCLUSION As representatives of the traditional Chinese medicine culture of Zhejiang,the"Zhebawei"medicinal materials not only possess rich historical and cultural connotations but also demonstrate clear pharmacological effects and clinical application value in modern medical research.
