药材枳壳基原各栽培变种的文献考证

目的 对用作药材枳壳基原的各栽培变种的文献记载情况进行考证,为确定枳壳的基原提供历史和科学依据。方法 结合现代植物分类学和现代商品应用情况,对本草、农学及文史方面的古代及现代文献进行考证研究。结果 中国药典收载的枳壳基原酸橙、黄皮酸橙、代代花及朱栾均有古代和现代文献记载,塘橙无古代文献记载,现代也无药材商品。中国药典未收载的常山柚橙和臭橙均有用作枳壳药用的古代和现代文献记载,且均有大宗的商品药材。结论 建议从中国药典枳壳基原中删除塘橙,可考虑增加常山柚橙和臭橙作为中国药典枳壳的基原。
Textual Research for Cultivars of Chinese Medicinal Materials Aurantii Fructus
OBJECTIVE To make the literature records of various varieties of the original plants of Aurantii Fructus clearly in order to provide historical and scientific basis for determining the original plants of Aurantii Fructus.METHODS In combination with modem plant taxonomy and commodity application,this paper researched ancient and modem documents in terms of materia medica,agronomy and historical literature.RESULTS Citrus aurantium,Citrus aurantium'Huangpi',Citrus aurantium'Daidai'and Citrus aurantium'Chuluan'collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia had all been recorded in ancient and modem literature,but Citrus aurantiun'Tangcheng'had not been recorded in ancient literature,and there was no medicinal material commodity in modem.Both Citrus aurantium'Changshan-huyou'and Citrus aurantiun'Xiucheng'not collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia both had been recorded in ancient and modern literature to used as Aurantii Fructus,and there were bulk commercial medicinal materials.CONCLUSION Citrus aurantiun'Tangcheng'can be deleted from Aurantii Fructus in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,while Citrus aurantium'Changshan-huyou'and Citrus aurantiun'Xiucheng'should be added as the original plants of Aurantii Fructus in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
