目的 对苯硼酸修饰材料在多糖类物质纯化分离的应用进行总结与归纳,期望为多糖类物质纯化分离研究提供参考。方法 以"苯硼酸""修饰材料""多糖""纯化分离"为检索词,检索中国知网、万方文献数据库和PubMed数据库,归纳、分析和总结苯硼酸修饰材料在多糖类物质纯化分离的应用。结果 苯硼酸修饰材料用于多糖类物质纯化分离具有特异性强、效率高的优点。结论 苯硼酸修饰材料为多糖类物质纯化分离提供了新思路。
Research Progress on the Application of Phenylboric Acid Modified Materials in the Purification and Separation of Polysaccharide Substances
OBJECTIVE To summarize the application of phenylboric acid modified materials in the purification and separation of polysaccharides,hoping to provide reference for the purification and separation of polysaccharides.METHODS Used"phenylboric acid""modification material""polysaccharide"and"purification and separation"as search terms,China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang Literature database and PubMed database were searched to analyze and summarize the application of phenylboric acid modification materials in the purification and separation of polysaccharides.RESULTS Phenylboric acid modified material has the advantages of strong specificity and high efficiency in the purification and separation of polysaccharides.CONCLUSION Phenylboric acid modified material provides a new idea for purification and separation of polysaccharides.
