摘要

以黄瓜为试材,研究不同深翻深度对设施黄瓜生长和产量的影响。以添加秸秆不深翻为对照,进行深翻30、50、80 cm的3种处理方式,在初花期、结果前期、中期和后期测定生长指标及产量指标。结果表明,深翻可以提高黄瓜叶片数、叶面积指数、结果中后期的植株高度和茎粗度、结果前中后期的光合速率、结果中后期的根系数和根体积、20~40 cm土层中根的比例及产量。在结果中期和后期,尤以深翻50 cm对植株生长的提高效果最为显著,可显著提高叶片数12.20%和38.82%、叶面积指数16.67%和30.65%、植株高度22.98%和19.63%、茎粗度10.00%和6.52%、净光合速率50.33%和55.03%、胞间二氧化碳浓度30.47%和29.88%、蒸腾速率25.97%和31.35%、根系数48.01%和35.30%。50 cm深翻可显著增加20~40 cm土层中根的分部35.29%,黄瓜单株产量提高23.05%,总产量提高17.63%。因此,设施黄瓜栽培中50 cm深翻在生产实践中推广价值较大。

Abstract

The cucumber was selected to study different deep plowing on the growth and yield. In the early flowering stage, the prophase, metaphase and anaphase to determined growth and yield indexes by plowing 30, 50, 80 cm. The results showed that deep plowing could improve leaf number, leaf area index, plant height and stem diameter in middle and late fruiting stage, the photosynthetic rate in early,middle and late fruiting stage, the coefficient and the root volume in middle and late fruiting stage, 20-40 cm root percentage and yield. In middle and late fruiting stage, effect of deep plowing 50 cm on plant growth and yield increasing is the most significant. Significantly increased the number of leaves by 12.20% and 38.82%, leaf area index by 16.67%and 30.65%, plant height by 22.98%and 19.63%, stem diameter by 10.00%and 6.52%, net photosynthetic rate by 50.33%, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration by 30.47% and 29.88, transpiration rate by 25.97%and 31.35%, root coefficients by 48.01%and 35.30%. 50 cm deep plowing increased 35.29%root in 20-40 cm soil layer, 23.05% for cucumber yield per plant, 17.63% for the total yield. Therefore, 50 cm deep plowing has great value in greenhouse cucumber cultivation.
