Breeding of a new kidney bean cultivar ‘ Liyun No.3’
‘Liyun No.3’ is a new kidney bean cultivar which is selected from ‘Honghuaqingjia’ × ‘Zheyun No.3‘.The plants grow vigorous.Its green pod is straight and oblateness,19.55 cm in length,9.05 mm in width,8.20 mm in thickness and the single pot weight is 10.50 g.The variety is glutinous,sweet,and has a long elastic time during the harvest period with good quality.The yield is about 2 670.8 kg per 667 m2.It is suitable for greenhouse cultivation in spring and open-field-cultivation in Zhejiang province and similar climates areas.
