摘要
宜芥1号是从宜宾市翠屏区农家品种二月青中通过系统选育而成的叶用芥菜新品种.该品种在秋季露天栽培生育期约158 d.植株直立,株高约95 cm,株幅约65 cm,叶片数约19片,叶绿色,叶片卵圆形,裂叶少,叶柄背面有蜡粉,叶片表面中等皱缩,花冠淡黄色,种子红褐色,单株质量约2.3 kg.平均667m2产量7000kg以上.鲜样粗蛋白含量(w,后同)6.7mg·g-1,粗纤维含量1.1％,维生素C含量0.82 mg·g-1,丰产质优,是加工优质宜宾芽菜的好原料.2023年3月通过四川省非主要农作物品种认定委员会认定.
Abstract
Yijie No.1 is a new leaf mustard cultivar developed through systematic breeding from the agricultural variety Er yueqing in Cuiping district,Yibin city.This variety has a growth period of about 158 days in open-air cultivation in au-tumn.The plant is upright,with a height of about 95 cm and about 19 leaves which are green and ovoid with few cracked leaves,and there is wax powder on the back of the petiole.The surface of the leaves is moderately wrinkled,the corolla is light yellow,the seeds are reddish brown,and the single plant mass is about 2.3 kg.The average yield is over 7000 kg per 667 m2.The fresh sample has a crude protein content of 6.7 mg·g-1,crude fiber content of 1.1％,and vitamin C content of 0.82 mg·g-1.It has a tight and fine texture and excellent quality,making it a good material for processing high-quality sprouts.
