摘要
镉(Cd)是一种毒性强且分布广的重金属污染物,不仅影响植物生长发育,而且危害人类健康.为了更好地了解Cd在南瓜中的迁移规律,深入探究Cd对植物的毒害机制和植物的防御反应,将广蜜二号南瓜在4种不同质量浓度(1、3、5、7 mg·L-1)的CdSO4·8H2O溶液中培养28 d,对其生长指标、抗氧化酶活性、Cd吸收转运等特征进行分析.结果表明,随着Cd质量浓度升高,Cd积累量表现为根部高于茎和叶,Cd胁迫提高了广蜜二号南瓜幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性及丙二醛含量.当溶液中Cd质量浓度较低(1mg·L-1)时,Cd对广蜜二号南瓜幼苗生长无抑制作用,而当溶液中Cd质量浓度≥3 mg·L-1时,对南瓜幼苗的生长抑制程度加重.
Abstract
Cadmium(Cd),a highly toxic and widely distributed heavy metal pollutant,not only affects plant growth and development,but also endangers human health.In order to better understand the migration rule of cadmium in pumpkin,and deeply explore the toxic mechanism of cadmium to plants and the defense response of plants,in this study,Guangmi 2 Miben pumpkin was planted in 4 different concentrations(1,3,5,7 mg·L-1)of CdSO4·8H2O solution for 28 days,and its growth parameters,antioxidant enzyme activity,cadmium absorption and transport characteristics were analyzed.With the increase of cadmium concentration,the accumulation of cadmium was higher in roots than in stems and leaves,and the activity of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase and the content of malondialdehyde in leaves of Guangmi 2 Miben pumpkin were increased under cadmium stress.When the concentration of Cd in the solution is low(1 mg·L-1),Cd has no inhibitory effect on the growth of Guangmi 2,while the concentration of Cd in the solution is above 3 mg·L-1,the growth inhibition degree of pumpkin is increased with the increase of the concentration of cadmium in the culture solu-tion.
