基于标准化胁迫积温的黄瓜采后品质模拟模型

为了量化贮藏环境对黄瓜果实采后品质的影响,收集了 2018-2019年2个生长季3种动态贮藏环境条件下的气象和果实品质观测数据,以温度为环境驱动因素,建立了基于标准化胁迫积温(StanSAT)的黄瓜采后品质模拟模型,并探究了果实外观品质和理化品质指标间的量化关系.结果表明,果实鲜质量(Wf)与体积(V)、色光值(CV)与色调(H)、果实含水量(FW)与可溶性固形物含量(SSC)之间呈线性关系;果形指数(SI)与果实密度(ρ)呈二次函数关系;DV(暗度值)与H之间呈对数关系.品质评价值(QE)、DV、CV、SI、H和ρ与StanSAT呈线性关系;SSC与StanSAT呈二次函数关系.F、ρ、SI、H、DV、CV、SSC和QE采后品质指标模拟值与观测值均方根误差(RMSE)分别为 0.99 N、36.15 kg,m-3、0.75、0.24、1.39、449、0.75%和 3.63,归一化均方根误差(NRMSE)在 1.58%~17.85%,表明该模型有较高的模拟精度.研究结果可为黄瓜贮藏智慧管理提供理论依据和技术支持.
Simulation model for postharvest quality of cucumber based on stan-dardized stress accumulated temperature
To quantify the impact of storage environment on the postharvest quality of cucumber fruits,this study collect-ed meteorological and fruit quality observation data under three kinds of dynamic storage environment conditions in two growth seasons from 2018 to 2019.This study used temperature as an environmental driving factor to explore the quantita-tive relationship between fruit external morphology quality and physicochemical quality indicators,and established cu-cumber postharvest quality simulation model based on standardized stress accumulated temperature(StanSAT).The results showed that:1)There was a linear relationship between fruit fresh weight(W,)and fruit volume(V),chromatic value(CV)and hue(H),fruit water content(FW)and soluble solid content(SSC).There was a quadratic relationship between fruit shape index(SI)and fruit density(p).There was a logarithm relationship between DV and H 2)Quality evaluation values(QE),DV,CV,SI,H,and ρ were related to StanSAT showed a linear relationship.SSC was related to StanSAT showed a quadratic relationship.3)The root mean square errors(RMSE)between simulated and observed post-harvest quality indicators of F,ρ,SI,H,DV,CV,SSC,and QE respectively were 0.99 N,36.15 kg·m-3,0.75,0.24,1.39,449,0.75%,and 3.63.The normalized root mean square errors(NRMSE)ranged from 1.58%to 17.85%,indicated that the model had high simulation accuracy.The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for intelligent management of cucumber storage.
