Simulation model for postharvest quality of cucumber based on stan-dardized stress accumulated temperature
To quantify the impact of storage environment on the postharvest quality of cucumber fruits, this study collect-ed meteorological and fruit quality observation data under three kinds of dynamic storage environment conditions in two growth seasons from 2018 to 2019.This study used temperature as an environmental driving factor to explore the quantita-tive relationship between fruit external morphology quality and physicochemical quality indicators, and established cu-cumber postharvest quality simulation model based on standardized stress accumulated temperature(StanSAT).The results showed that:1)There was a linear relationship between fruit fresh weight(W,)and fruit volume(V),chromatic value(CV)and hue(H),fruit water content(FW)and soluble solid content(SSC).There was a quadratic relationship between fruit shape index(SI)and fruit density(p).There was a logarithm relationship between DV and H 2)Quality evaluation values(QE),DV,CV,SI,H,and ρ were related to StanSAT showed a linear relationship.SSC was related to StanSAT showed a quadratic relationship.3)The root mean square errors(RMSE)between simulated and observed post-harvest quality indicators of F,ρ,SI,H,DV,CV,SSC,and QE respectively were 0.99 N,36.15 kg·m-3,0.75,0.24,1.39,449,0.75%,and 3.63.The normalized root mean square errors(NRMSE)ranged from 1.58%to 17.85%,indicated that the model had high simulation accuracy. The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for intelligent management of cucumber storage.
