慢性肢体威胁性缺血患者生活质量现状与影响因素分析

摘要
目的 分析慢性肢体威胁性缺血患者生活质量现状和影响因素.方法 以便利抽样方法选取2022年7～11月就诊于中国中医科学院西苑医院、中国中医科学院望京医院和中国中医科学院广安门医院的102例患者作为研究对象.采用一般资料调查问卷、焦虑自评量表、生存质量量表对患者进行问卷调查;采用Pearson相关分析探讨患者生活质量与功能状况、疼痛、行走能力、焦虑的相关性;采用多重线性回归分析探讨患者生活质量的影响因素.结果 102例慢性肢体威胁性缺血患者生活质量评分为(62.70±8.58)分.相关分析显示,患者生活质量总分与疼痛、行走能力、焦虑存在相关性(P＜0.05).多重线性回归分析显示,照顾者、多病共存、行走能力、手术、焦虑是慢性肢体威胁性缺血患者生活质量的主要影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 慢性肢体威胁性缺血患者生活质量整体偏低,照顾者、多病共存情况、行走能力、手术、焦虑情绪能影响其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the quality of life of patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia and its influencing factors.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,102 patients admitted to Xiyuan Hospital,Wangjing Hospital and Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from July 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.General data questionnaire,anxiety self-rating scale and quality of life scale were used to survey the patients.The Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation of quality of life with functional status,pain,walking ability and anxiety,and the univariate analysis was used to explore the influencing factors with multiple linear regression analysis.Results The quality of life score of 102 patients with chronic limb threatening ischemia was 62.70±8.58.Correlation analysis showed that the total score of quality of life were correlated with pain,walking ability and anxiety(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers,coexistence of multimorbidity,walking ability,surgery and anxiety were the main factors affecting quality of life in patients with chronic limb threatening ischemia(P＜0.05).Conclusion The overall quality of life of patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia is relatively low.Their caregivers,multimorbidity,walking ability,surgery and anxiety can affect their quality of life.
