复方玄驹胶囊治疗中老年男性性腺功能低下的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊应用于治疗中老年男性迟发性性腺功能低下症(LOH)的临床效果.方法:选择符合纳入标准的中老年男性LOH的患者80例,对每位患者应用复方玄驹胶囊每日3次,每次3粒,疗程2个月,评估治疗前、后各项指标水平的差异.结果:与对照组相比,应用复方玄驹胶囊治疗前、后中老年男性症状问卷(AMS)评分、国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)评分及睾酮水平的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:复方玄驹胶囊对LOH的治疗有较好疗效.
Abstract
Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of compound XuanJu capsule in the treatment of late -onset gonad function lowly disease (LOH) in middle-aged men.Methods:80 such middle-aged men with LOH was selected and given compound XuanJu capsules 3 times a day,3 pills each time for 2 months.Difference in the levels of the indicators before and after treatment was evaluated.Results:Compared with control group,the difference in middle-aged men symptoms questionnaire (AMS) score and international fares of erectile function (IIEF-5) score and levels of testosterone before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compound XuanJu capsule has good curative effect in the treatment of LOH.
