Correlation between miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p expressions and reproductive prognosis of patients with tubal infertility after laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the correlation between miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p expressions and the reproductive prognosis of patients with tubal infertility after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with tubal infertility admitted to Cang-zhou People's Hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into a pregnancy group(n=66)and a non-pregnancy group(n=34)based on whether they were pregnant within one year after laparoscopic surgery. The levels of serum miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p were detected and analyzed by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR),the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in all patients were detected by chemiluminescence method.Clinical features of patients in the two groups were collected and compared.Pearson correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between pregnancy status and serum miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p expression, and Logistic regression was performed to analyze the influencing factors of pregnancy in the prognosis of tubal infertility. Results The levels of serum miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p in pregnant women were obviously higher than those in non-pregnant women(P<0.05),the levels of FSH and LH were obviously lower than those in the non-pregnant group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in pelvic inflammatory history, hysterosalpingogram(HSG)examination, pelvic adhesion and pelvic effusion between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperative non-pregnancy was negatively correlated with miR-221-3p and mi R-486-5 p levels(r=-0.675,-0.585,P<0.05).The expressions of miR-221-3p and miR-486-5p,FSH,LH,HSG examination, pelvic adhesions and pelvic inflammation history were the influencing factors for the pregnancy in the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of miR-221-3p and mi R-486-5 p are negatively correlated with non-pregnancy in patients with tubal infertility after laparoscopic surgery, which has certain clinical significance in judging the prognosis of patients.
