The analgesic efficacy of sufentanil combined with cisatracurium on cesarean section and its influences on stress response and hemodynamics
Objective To investigate the analgesic efficacy of sufentanil combined with cisatracurium on cesarean section and its influences on stress response and hemodynamics.Methods A total of 92 cases of cesarean section parturients admitted to Jinhua Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and Ramsay sedation score,stress response indicators,hemodynamic indicators,levels of inflammatory factors and drug safety during analgesia were compared between the two groups at different time points.The use of self-control analgesia pump in both groups was recorded.Results After the surgery,cortisol(Cor),endothelin-1(ET-1),norepinephrine(NE),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),cardiac output(CO)and central venous pressure(CVP)were significantly higher in both groups than before surgery.The above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the study group were obviously lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in both group were obviously lower than those before surgery,and SBP and DBP in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS scores of patients in the study group at 12,24 and 48 h after surgery were obviously lower than those in the control group,and Ramsay sedation scores were obviously higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of sufentanil and the times of pressing in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil combined with cisatraeurium for cesarean section has a good analgesic effect,can reduce the excessive stress reaction in patients,and has good drug safety and high clinical application value.
