Clinical effect of transvaginal single-port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal single-port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with tubal infertility diagnosed and treated in Cangzhou People's Hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy, and the observation group was treated with transvaginal single-port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy, and the treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in tubal recanalization and pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative exhaust between the two groups(P>0.05);the postoperative pain and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the hospitalization cost was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of sexual life quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of overall well-being between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the overall well-being scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with tubal infertility, transvaginal single-port laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopic will not affect the pregnancy outcome, but also reduce the risk of complications, with good clinical effect.
