Study on the significance of monitoring peripheral blood interleukin-37,human kallikrein 10 and soluble mesothelin-related peptide levels in ovarian cancer patients after laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the correlation of interleukin-37(IL-37),human kallikrein 10(HK10),and soluble mesothelin-related peptide(SMRP)in peripheral blood after laparoscopic radical surgery for ovarian cancer with the curative efficacy and recurrence of the disease. Methods A total of 106 ovarian cancer patients admitted to the Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects and set as study group.Another 100 patients from same period with ovarian benign tumors were selected as the control group. The levels of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP were compared between the two groups. The serum levels of IL-37,HK10 and SMRP in patients with different therapeutic effects and recurrence after laparoscopic radical surgery in the study group were compared, and the value of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP levels in predicting postoperative recurrence was analyzed. Results The levels of serum IL-37,HK10 and SMRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group before surgery(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP in patients with complete remission in the study group were lower than those in patients with partial remission 7 days after surgery and after chemotherapy, and the levels of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP in patients with partial remission were lower than those in patients with stable disease, and the levels of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP in patients with stable disease were lower than those in patients with progressive disease(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-37,HK10,and SMRP in patients with recurrence in the study group were higher than those in patients without recurrence 7 days after surgery and after chemotherapy(P<0.05);the area under the curve(AUC)of serum IL-37,HK10 and SMRP levels after chemotherapy in predicting the recurrence of ovarian cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery were 0.801,0.768 and 0.742,respectively,and the combined prediction was the largest, which is 0.910.Conclusions The levels of serum IL-37,HK10 and SMRP after laparoscopic radical surgery for ovarian cancer are closely related to the curative effect, and the combination of all indexes after chemotherapy has high predictive efficacy in predicting postoperative recurrence.
