Effect of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor combined with aspirin on endometrial receptivity in patients with unexplained infertility
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)combined with aspirin on endometrial receptivity in patients with unexplained infertility. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 97 patients with unexplained infertility admitted to Hebei Yanda Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022.They were divided into a conventional group(48 cases treated with aspirin)and a combination group(49 cases treated with rhG-CSF combined with aspirin)based on their treatment methods.Endometrial thickness, uterine blood flow perfusion indexes[uterine artery resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),systolic velocity and diastolic velocity ratio(S/D)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The pregnancy outcomes were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the combination group was greater than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the RI,PI,and S/D values of both groups decreased, and the combination group was lower than the conventional group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of rhG-CSF and aspirin in the treatment of patients with unexplained infertility can improve the endometrial receptivity, improve uterine blood flow perfusion, and effectively increase the pregnancy rate.
