Many andrology diseases are characterized by complex etiology and common comorbidities.The syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine are dominated by complex syndrome types.In addition,doctors have limited understanding of the disease and different focus points,which can easily lead to different conclusions of the same disease pattern.Therefore,in such a complex situation,it is difficult for some andrology diseases to accurately differentiate symptoms and signs by traditional means,which restricts the breakthrough of the efficacy of traditional Chinese andrology to some extent.Core pathogenesis is the essential pathogenesis of disease,which has its fixed pathological basis and can reflect the law of disease development and evolution.Therefore,in the diagnosis and treatment of some male diseases that are difficult to accurately differentiate,we can treat them from the core pathogenesis of the disease,so as to avoid the limitation of time and subjectivity of simple syndrome differentiation,and thus improve the clinical efficacy.
