Impacts of Tiaoxin Bushen Cupailuan Decoction combined with estradiol valerate+clomiphene on endometrial receptivity and uterine artery blood flow in patients with ovulatory disorder infertility
Objective To investigate the impacts of Tiaoxin Bushen Cupailuan Decoction combined with estradiol valerate+clomiphene on endometrial receptivity and uterine artery blood flow in patients with ovulatory disorder infertility.Methods A total of 120 cases ovulatory disorder infertility patients admitted to Jiangyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Randomized numerical table method was used to divide them into control group and combined group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate+clomiphene,and the combined group was treated with Tiaoxin Bushen Cupailuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,A-type endometrial rate,endometrial thickness,uterine artery resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and A-type endometrial rate were significantly higher in the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups was significantly greater than that before treatment,and the levels of RI and PI were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes of the combined group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions Tiaoxin Bushen Cupailuan Decoction combined with estradiol valerate+clomiphene can improve endometrial thickness,endometrial typing and uterine artery blood flow index,and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in patients with ovulation disorder infertility.
