目的 系统评价阴茎肉膜与Buck筋膜间填充透明质酸(HA)/聚乳酸(PLA)增粗阴茎的疗效及安全性.方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed和Embase数据库等,搜集国内外公开发表的有关阴茎肉膜与Buck筋膜间填充HA/PLA增粗阴茎的相关临床研究,检索时限均从建库至2022 年 8 月,采用 RevMan 5.3 软件进行数据处理和荟萃分析.结果 经筛选共纳入4 篇文献,含275 例患者.Meta分析显示,阴茎肉膜与Buck筋膜间填充HA或PLA均能明显增粗阴茎、改善阴茎外观及提升性生活满意度.相较于PLA组,HA组在阴茎增粗及提升性生活满意度方面存在优势.PLA组阴茎增粗疗效稳定,而HA组术后阴茎周长衰减趋势较明显.但两组在改善阴茎外观方面差异无统计学意义.结论 阴茎肉膜与Buck筋膜间填充HA或PLA均能明显增粗阴茎、提升阴茎外观及性生活满意度,且疗效安全.与HA相比,填充PLA的疗效更稳定.
Efficacy and safety of filling hyaluronic acid/polylactic acid between penile sarcosus and Buck fascia for penile augmentation:a Meta-analysis
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of filling hyaluronic acid(HA)/polylactic acid(PLA)between penile sarcosus and Buck fascia for penile augmentation.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed and Embase database were searched to collect the published clinical studies on HA/PLA filling between penile sarcosus and Buck fascia for penile augmentation.The search period was from the establishment of the database to August 2022.RevMan 5.3 software was used for data processing and Meta-analysis.Results A total of 4 articles with 275 patients were included after screening.Meta-analysis showed that HA or PLA filling between the penile sarcosus and Buck fascia could significantly augment the penis,improved penis appearance and increased sexual satisfaction.Compared with PLA group,HA group had advantages in penile augmentation and sexual satisfaction.The effect of penile augmentation in PLA group was stable,while in HA group,penile circumference decreased with significantly trend.However,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in improving penile appearance.Conclusions Filling HA or PLA between the penile sarcosus and Buck fascia can significantly augment the penis,improve the appearance of the penis and sexual satisfaction,and the efficacy is safe.Compared with HA,the efficacy of PLA filling is more stable.
