Application observation of whole-course guided management under enhanced recovery after surgeryconcept in perioperative period of patients undergoing transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy(TUPKP).Methods A total of 204 patients who received TUPKP in People's Hospital of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into ERAS-guided group(n =102)and conventional group(n =102)by the random number table method. The conventional group received conventional perioperative nursing, and the ERAS-guided group was given whole-course guided management under ERAS concept. The postoperative recovery status, psychological state[distress thermometer(DT),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)]and comfort level before and after intervention, and complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The first ambulation time, first exhaust time, urinary catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in ERAS-guided group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of DT,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in ERAS-guided group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of comfort scale were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores were higher in ERAS-guided group than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in ERAS-guided group was significantly lower compared with that in conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in ERAS-guided group was significantly higher compared to conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course guided management under ERAS concept can promote the postoperative recovery, improve the adverse psychological state, effectively enhance the comfort level and nursing satisfaction score, and reduce the risk of complications in patients undergoing TUPKP.
