Research progress in female coital urinary incontinence
The occurrence rate of female coital urinary incontinence is about 2%in the general population,and between 10%and 66%in women with urinary incontinence.There are many researches on urinary incontinence in domestic and foreign literature,but there are few specifical researches on female coital urinary incontinence.However,the high occurrence rate of coital urinary incontinence in women has been confirmed.Women's lack of knowledge,shame,reluctance to mention and avoidance of sexual incontinence may lead to an underestimation of the problem.Coital urinary incontinence has negative effects on intimate relationship,mental health,and quality of life of patients.This study reviewed relevant literatures and summarized the identification,etiology,treatment methods and measurement tools of female coital urinary incontinence,which may provide theoretical basis for subsequent research.
