摘要
《傅青主女科》通过对带下病的病因病机分析,提出了补脾虚、泻肝火、清虚火,兼补带脉之虚、扶助正气的治法,并创立了完带汤、易黄汤等方药.钱麟教授针对临床中常见的阴道炎反复发作并伴有慢性子宫颈炎患者,结合傅氏五色带理论,从整体观念出发,并以期达到标本兼治之效,提出了中药内服联合西药外敷之疗法,其对反复发作者有标本兼治之效,且避免了对慢性子宫颈炎的过度治疗.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of Daixia disease,Fu Qing Zhunvke proposed the treatment methods of tonifying spleen deficiency,purging liver fire,clearing deficiency fire,replenishing the deficiency of Dai pulse,and assisting Zhengqi.Besides,it also created Wandai Decoction,Yihuang Decoction and other prescriptions.Professor Qian Lin,aiming at the patients with recurrent vaginitis accompanied by chronic cervicitis in common clinical practice,combined with Fu's five-color belt theory,started from the holistic concept,and expected to achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes,proposed the treatment of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external application of Western medicine,which has the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes of recurrent cases,and avoided the overtreatment of chronic cervicitis.
