Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of symptoms related to premature ovarian insufficiency based on data mining exploration of Zhenjiu Dacheng
Objective To sort out the diagnosis and treatment of symptoms related to premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)in Zhenjiu Dacheng based on data mining.Methods The relevant provisions of Zhenjiu Dacheng were extracted to establish the database,and data mining software was applied to explore the rules of meridian points and stimulation parameters.Results A total of 55 articles and 37 acupoints were included.High frequency acupoints include Sanyinjiao and Zhongji.The specific acupoints were mainly Mu points and Wushu points.The commonly used meridians are the Ren,Spleen,Kidney.The association rules showed that Sanyinjiao,Zhongji,Shenshu were the commonly used clinically paired acupoints,and the cluster analysis indicated that there were four types of acupoints grouped together,and acupuncture depths is deep and the amount of moxibustion is large in abdominal acupoints during treatment.Conclusions Discussion in Zhenjiu Dacheng of related symptoms is mainly based on the method of "regulating the Chong and Ren Meridians,benefiting the Kidney and strengthening the Spleen",and supplemented with"draining the Liver and regulating the Qi".Sanyinjiao and Zhongji are the important acupoint for treatment.Attention should be paid to the application of specific acupoint's and local acupoints with distal meridian points.The ancient medical practitioners emphasized the use of acupuncture points for identification of symptoms and flexible adjustment of stimulation parameters,which can provide a certain reference for modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
