针刺治疗勃起功能障碍的有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘要
目的 系统评价针刺治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床有效性与安全性.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed中针刺治疗ED的随机对照试验,检索时限自各数据库建库至2023 年2 月 10 日.由两名研究人员按照上述方法对关键词进行手动检索避免遗漏文献,并对文献进行纳入和排除的筛选.使用RevMan5.4 软件进行数据分析.结果 共纳入 19篇文献,累计 1 623 例样本.Meta分析结果显示,针刺治疗后总有效率明显升高(RR =1.25,95%CI:1.18～1.31,P＜0.000 01),IIEF-5 评分显著升高(MD=3.76,95%CI:2.90～4.63,P＜0.000 01),两种干预措施下出现轻微不良反应但均对治疗未产生影响.结论 针刺治疗ED具有显著的临床疗效,但仍需更多高质量、大样本的随机对照试验进一步验证.
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods Randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment of ED were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and PubMed,and the search period was from the establishment of each database to February 10,2023.Two researchers manually searched each keyword according to the above method to avoid missing literatures,and screened the literatures for inclusion and exclusion.RevMan5.4 software was used fordata analysis.Results A total of 19 articles were included,with a total of 1,623 samples.Meta-analysis result showed that after acupuncture treatment,the total effective rate increased significantly(RR=1.25,95%CI:1.18-1.31,P＜0.000,01),and the international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)score increased significantly(MD =3.76,95%CI:2.90-4.63,P＜0.000,01).Conclusions Acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on ED treatment,but more high-quality,large-sample randomized controlled trials are still needed for further verification.
