Influencing factors of anhedonia in young cervical cancer patients and its correlation with sexual life quality and marital quality
Objective To analyze influencing factors of anhedonia in young cervical cancer patients and its correlation with sexual life quality and marital quality.Methods A total of 352 young cervical cancer patients who visited Gynecology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research objects.Physical adhedonia,social anhedonia,sexual life quality and marital quality of patients were evaluated by Chinese version of revised physical adhedonia scale,Chinese version of revised social anhedonia scale,female sexual function index(FSFI)and Olson marriage quality questionnaire.Spearman correlation was used to analyze correlation between anhedonia and sexual life quality,marital quality.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze influencing factors of anhedonia.Results Scores of physical and social anhedonia in young cervical cancer patients were(46.15±3.59)points and(30.48±3.62)points.Correlation analysis showed that scores of physical anhedonia and social anhedonia were negatively correlated with FSFI scores in each dimension and scores of marital satisfaction,marital communication,role equality in Olson marriage quality questionnaire(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that place of residence,fertility status,economic status,time after treatment,stigma and perceived social support were influencing factors for physical and social anhedonia in young cervical cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The anhedonia in young cervical cancer patients is at a moderate level,which is negatively correlated with sexual life quality and marital quality.Place of residence,fertility status,economic status,time after treatment,stigma and perceived social support are influencing factors for anhedonia.
