Correlation between hypersensitive C-reactive protein,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,sex hormone binding globulin with condition and prognosis of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with infertility
Objective To investigate the correlation between hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)and sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)with the condition and prognosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with infertility patients.Methods A total of 158 PCOS patients admitted to People's Hospital of Hai'an City from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to endometrial receptivity(ERT)test results they were divided into good receptivity group and poor receptivity group,according to whether pregnancy was achieved 1 year after ovulation induction treatment they were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group.To analyze the high-risk factors affecting infertility caused by PCOS.The levels of hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and SHBG of different ERT and prognosis were compared.The correlation between hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and SHBG with body mass index(BMI),tri acylglycerol glucose index(TyG)and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)in PCOS combined with infertility was analyzed,and the evaluation efficacy of hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and SHBG was analyzed by drawing receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve.Results The levels of hs-CRP and HOMA-IR in poor receptivity group were significantly higher than those in good receptivity group,and the level of SHBG was significantly lower than that in good receptivity group(P<0.05).The hs-CRP and HOMA-IR levels in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group,and the SHBG level was significantly lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that hs-CRP and HOMA-IR were positively correlated with BMI and TyG in PCOS combined with infertility,and negatively correlated with AMH(P<0.05).SHBG was positively correlated with AMH,and negatively correlated with BMI and TyG(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under curve,sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and SHBG in PCOS combined with infertility were higher than any single efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and SHBG has high value in evaluating the condition and prognosis of PCOS combined with infertility.
