Effect of pelvic inflammation therapeutic apparatus combined with low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcomes in patients with thin endometrium infertility
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus combined with low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcomes in patients with thin endometrium infertility. Methods A total of 96 thin endometrium infertility patients admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Reproductive Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation, and the observation group was treated with pelvic inflammatory therapy therapeutic apparatus combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation. After treatment, endometrial thickness, endometrial volume, morphological classification and blood flow classification of endometrium and hemodynamic parameters of the two groups were measured, and the successful pregnancy rate within 12 months after treatment was statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the endometrial thickness and volume of the observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with endometrial morphology type A was higher, the proportion of patients with type B and type C was lower(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with endometrial blood flow type Ⅲ was higher, and the proportion of patients with type I and type Ⅱ was lower(P<0.05).The endometrial blood flow pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),peak systolic velocity/end diastolic(S/D)were lower(P<0.05).Within 12 months after treatment, the successful pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(81.25%vs.62.50%,P<0.05).The average pregnancy time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus combined with low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation is conducive to improving endometrial thickness, morphology and hemodynamic parameters in patients with thin endometrium infertility, and improving the successful pregnancy rate.
