Clinical effect of Jianpi Lishi Jiedu Decoction for internal and external treatment on persistent human papilloma virus infection after cervical conization
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Jianpi Lishi Jiedu Decoction for internal and external treatment on persistent human papilloma virus(HPV)infection after cervical conization.Methods A total of 104 patients with persistent HPV infection after cervical conization admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a number table method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Lishi Jiedu Decoction for internal and external treatment.After three courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factors,immune function,and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31％(48/52),which was higher than 76.92％(40/52)of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of each item of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1),Nod-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 3(TIMP-3)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8+were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Jianpi Lishi Jiedu Decoction has significant clinical effect in internal and external treatment on persistent HPV infection after cervical conization is significant.It can promote HPV negative transformation,improve TCM symdrome,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,and enhance immune level,with good safety.
