Application of thromboela-stogram combined with D-dimer,carbohydrate antigen 125 and human epididymal protein 4 detection in ovarian malignant tumors
Objective To explore the application value of thromboela-stogram(TEG)combined with D-dimer,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)detection in ovarian malignant tumors. Methods A total of 40 patients with benign ovarian tumors diagnosed in Department of Gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2021 to July 2022 were prospectively selected into benign group, and 60 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ ovarian cancer who did not complete remission or relapsed after remission in the same hospital during the same period were included in the load group,60 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ ovarian cancer who had achieved complete remission in the same hospital during the same period were included in the non-load group. The levels of TEG,D-dimer,CA125 and HE4 in the three groups were compared, and the value of the above indexes in detecting the tumor load of ovarian cancer alone and in combination was analyzed. Results The values of CA125,HE4,D-dimer,coagulation formation rate and CI in the load group were higher than those in the non-load group, and the values of R and K were lower than those in the non-load group(P<0.05).The values of CA125,HE4,D-dimer,coagulation formation rate and CI in the load group were higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).There was no difference in R value and K value between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in each index between the non-load group and the benign group(P>0.05).TEG,D-dimer,CA125 and HE4 had certain value in predicting the efficacy of ovarian cancer tumor load alone, but the combined prediction value was the highest. Conclusions TEG combined with D-dimer,CA125,and HE4 detection has higher sensitivity in predicting tumor load in ovarian cancer, which can provide reference for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer patients and help evaluate the treatment effect and predict recurrence in advanced ovarian cancer patients.
