Application value of nursing mode based on two-way quality feedback in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer
Objective To explore the application value of nursing mode based on two-way quality feedback in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods A total of 140 IVF-ET patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as study objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while study group was additionally given nursing mode based on two-way quality feedback on the basis of control group. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),psychological resilience score, disease uncertainty score, adverse events and pregnancy outcomes were compared before and after intervention between the two groups. Results Compared with before intervention, scores of SDS,SAS and disease uncertainty in both groups were decreased after intervention, and study group was lower than control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience were increased after intervention, and study group was higher than control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention, the incidence of adverse events and abortion rate in study group were lower than those in control group, implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing mode based on two-way quality feedback has good application value in IVF-ET patients,it can significantly improve pregnancy outcomes and psychological health status, reduce disease uncertainty and incidence of adverse events in IVF-ET patients.
