摘要

氧化应激(OS)是子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者出现在位内膜容受性不良的重要原因之一,调节OS可能是治疗该疾病关键.从中医视角而言,"血瘀蕴毒"理论与EMs患者体内OS发生关系密切,因而以祛瘀解毒为治疗原则,旨在下调EMs患者体内OS反应,从而改善子宫内膜容受性,提高临床妊娠率.琥珀散组方遵循祛瘀解毒原则,通过生物信息学分析,从基因层面揭示该方以OS调治本病的潜在分子机制,进一步验证核心思想,以期为该疾病治疗提供参考.

Abstract

Oxidative stress(OS)is one of the key causes of poor endometrial receptivity in patients with endometriosis(EMs),and regulating the OS may be the key for the treatment of this disease.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of"stasis-toxic"is closely related to the occurrence of OS in EMs patients,so the basic treatment principle is Quyu Jiedu(QYJD,a method for removing stasis and detoxicating),aiming to reduce OS response in EMs patients,thereby improving endometrial receptivity and increasing clinical pregnancy rate.Amber powder formula follows the principle of QYJD revealed the underlying molecular mechanism of OS treatment from the genetic level through bioinformatics analysis,which further verifies the core idea of this study,in order to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.
