Clinical curative effect of Liqi Sanjie Prescription combined with mifepristone and its influences on levels of sex hormones and hemorheology in uterine fibroid of Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Liqi Sanjie Prescription combined with mifepristone and its influences on levels of sex hormones and hemorheology in uterine fibroid of Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients with uterine fibroids of Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome in Handan People's Hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2022 and January 2023.They were divided into experimental group(n=48,tamoxifen+Liqi Sanjie Prescription+mifepristone)and control group(n=48,tamoxifen+mifepristone)by random number table method.The patients in both groups were intervened for 3 months(treatment termination during menstruation).The clinical curative effect,scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,hemorheology indexes,levels of sex hormones and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,total response rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group,scores of main and secondary symptoms were lower than those in control group,hemorheology indexes and levels of sex hormones were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of Liqi Sanjie Prescription combined with mifepristone is significant in uterine fibroid of Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,which can reduce levels of sex hormones and improve hemorheology,with high safety.
