Impact of PLISSIT model sexual intervention on sexual function in female cancer patients:a Meta-analysis

摘要
目的 系统评价基于PLISSIT模式的性干预对女性癌症患者性功能的干预效果.方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、the Cochrane Library、PubMed及Web of Science等数据库或平台中PLISSIT模式的性干预对女性癌症患者性功能影响的文献,检索时限为1974年至2022年12月30日.使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析.结果 共纳入8篇文献,共413例研究对象.Meta分析结果显示,与常规康复指导相比,PLISSIT干预能提高患者的性功能(MD=5.25,95％CI:3.14～7.36,P＜0.001),改善女性癌症患者的性生活质量(MD=14.07,95％CI:11.31～16.84,P＜0.001).结论 基于PLISSIT模式的性干预能够提高女性癌症患者的性功能,改善其性生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of sexual intervention based on the PLISSIT model on sexual function in female cancer patients.Methods Literatures on the impact of the PLISSIT model sexual intervention on sexual function in female cancer patients was searched using CNKI,Wan Fang Database,VIP Database,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Web of Science,etc.from 1974 to December 30,2022.Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 8 papers were included,with 413 study objects.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional rehabilitation guidance,PLISSIT intervention could improve sexual function in patients(MD=5.25,95％CI:3.14-7.36,P＜0.001)and improve the quality of sexual life in female cancer patients(MD=14.07,95％CI:11.31-16.84,P＜0.001).Conclusions Sexual intervention based on the PLISSIT model can improve sexual function and quality of sexual life in female cancer patients.
