Analysis of related influencing factors of premature ejaculation score in patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis
Objective To explore the related influencing factors of premature ejaculation score in patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis(chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome,CP/CPPS).Methods A total of 154 CP/CPPS patients admitted the Department of Urology,the 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People's Liberation Army from January to December 2022 were selected as study objects.The prostate symptom score and Chinese index of function for premature ejaculation,generalized anxiety disorder self-rating scale and patient health questionnaire were performed,and the results were analyzed.Results Among the 154 cases of CP/CPPS patients,the premature ejaculation scores were normal in 49 cases and abnormal in 105 cases.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that masturbation,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of premature ejaculation score in CP/CPPS patients(P<0.05).And the more severe the anxiety and depression,the lower the premature ejaculation score of CP/CPPS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Masturbation,depression and anxiety are related influencing factors of premature ejaculation score in CP/CPPS patients,and the score of premature ejaculation is lower with the aggravation of depression and anxiety.
