Application of electronic questionnaire life diary in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To explore the application value of electronic questionnaire life diary in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 710 patients with PCOS admitted to Wenzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=355)and treatment group(n=355).The control group received routine health education,while the treatment group combined with electronic questionnaire life diary intervention on the basis of the control group.After intervention,the scores of lifestyle self-rating scale,glucose metabolism indicators and score of modified polycystic ovary syndrome health related quality of life questionnaire(MPCOSQ)were compared between both groups.Results After intervention,the score of exercise consciousness dimension in treatment group was higher than that in control group,while the scores of dimensions of diet rhythm,diet content,physical cognition and life rhythm were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOM A-IR)in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had higher MPCOSQ score than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Electronic questionnaire life diary has significant application value in PCOS patients,which can effectively improve the lifestyle and glucose metabolism indicators of patients,and enhance the quality of life.
